Due to the perishable nature of our fresh-churned ice cream and custom-made treats, we are unable to accept physical returns once a product has left our store or been delivered. If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact your local creamery within 24 hours to discuss a replacement or refund.

Present your digital receipt or order number along with a brief explanation of the quality concern or error.
- 3.Quality Review
Our team will review the request and may ask for a photo of the product to ensure we maintain our high standards of freshness and taste.
- 4.Resolution Process
Approved claims will be resolved through an immediate product remake, a store credit, or a refund to your original payment method.
